Q: How many first aiders do you need in a business?

Q: I have booked training, what happens next?

Once you have booked training with us your details will be taken and stored in our CRM system, we can provide access to this system so that you can log in and see your training information. If you require a large amount of training then fear not, Franklins work with some of the biggest care providers in the UK. We can put together a plan of training should you require, this could be a plan for the next 12 months or for the next month. Once the training has been completed all certificates and any relevant handouts will be sent out to the premises, these can be emailed or posted.

Q: What other methods of training can you deliver for us?

Franklin?s not only offers face to face training, but we also have our E-Learning, working in partnership with Virtual College, you can access all of our E-Learning courses here. We can also deliver our training using various online platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams. This allows us to offer a flexible and blended approach to your training. whereby we can deliver the theoretical elements of a course via these platforms and the practical elements face to face. Q: Do you need a First Aider on Site?

We believe in training to a specific standard, our first aid at work training is regulated by Ofqual and accredited by Qualsafe. If you click the handy first aid button below you can see exactly how many First Aiders, you require.

Q: Why do I need a Fire Risk Assessment?

If you employ 5 or more staff a fire risk assessment is a legal requirement. On 1 st October 2006 The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 came into force and encompassed all other fire safety legislation in the UK requiring a responsible/competent person to carry out an assessment of their fire risks and record them.
