About the course:

  • Aims and objectives
  • Fire safety law and legislation

  • Procedures and role of the fire warden/marshal
  • Nominated officer (fire)
  • Firefighting equipment and standards
  • Group discussions on: candidates’ place of work, specific risks within the workplace, clarifying individual roles, shared workplaces, issues and concerns regarding fire warden/marshal roles and fire precautions, general recap

Course Requirements:

There are no requirements for attending this course.

Certification:

Upon completion, an e-certificate is issued and emailed to the person who booked the training, the home/manager or a specific person where this has been requested. Certificates are issued normally within 2 weeks of course completion. Paper certificates are available upon request.

Remember:

Fire warden/marshal training does not replace basic fire safety training.
