The content of this primary survey first aid course has been independently certified as conforming to universally accepted Continuous Professional Development (CPD) guidelines.
To become a qualified first-aider you will need to undertake workplace first aid training that includes at least 18 training and assessment contact hours.
The first aid training and test usually take between 30 minutes to an hour to complete (depending on learning speed).
The end of course test consists of 15 multiple choice questions. Learners are required to achieve an 75% pass mark, and, if necessary, may attempt the test 6 times at no extra cost, having revisited the training material.
If learners do not immediately achieve the 75% pass mark, further attempts may be given by contacting our Learner Support team.
