About the course:

  • Regulatory reform (Fire Safety) order 2005
  • Aims and objectives

  • Fire safety law and legislation

  • Health and safety at work

  • Procedures and role of the fire warden/marshal

  • Nominated officer (fire)

  • Firefighting equipment and standards

  • Group discussions on: Candidates place of work, Specific risks within the workplace, Clarifying individual roles. Shared workplaces, Issue and concerns regarding fire warden/marshal roles and fire precautions, General recap.

Course Requirements:

There are no requirements for attending this course.

Certification:

Upon completion, an e-certificate is issued and emailed to the person who booked the training, the home/manager or a specific person where this has been requested. Certificates are issued normally within 2 weeks of course completion. Paper certificates are available upon request.

Remember:

Fire warden/marshal training does not replace basic fire safety training.
