Once you have booked training with us your details will be taken and stored in our CRM system, we can provide access to this system so that you can log in and see your training information. If you require a large amount of training then fear not, Franklins work with some of the biggest care providers in the UK. We can put together a plan of training should you require, this could be a plan for the next 12 months or for the next month. Once the training has been completed all certificates and any relevant handouts will be sent out to the premises, these can be emailed or posted.
